This is our 1st Guild Promotion Event in the Year 2008
The last time we held our promotion was last November 2007
We started the event with just the few of us:
Will, Elly, Eddie, Me, Eric, Rox and Angie
The following people have been promoted:
fluxxor - Junior to Senior
8niniel8 - Junior to Senior
corrupters - Junior to Senior
lilstef - Senior to Director
blondeli0n - Director to Jr Master
Eric has displayed potential qualities to become the next leader
he is always very enthusiastic in participating guild events or organizing it
besides all these,
he's an active player too
and has a sense of responsibility
he's been in our guild for quite some time
about 8 months now
he makes effort to communicate with his guildmates and treats them well
honest and direct in his communication
(perhaps a little too direct might make u seem like an insensitive person.)
he has good ideas on guild events too!
he deserves a promotion with all the qualities he possessed.

Roxane has a pleasant desposition and treats everyone with love
I remembered when she first joined our guild
she was very excited in our guild events
she even volunteered to help
and you know..
once you volunteer to help, it means you can't participate in the event
it didn't matter to her,
in her heart, she just wanted to help
that's her geniunity which i strongly admire
She has a very caring and loving personality
it's a joy to have her in our guild
Right now,
she is initiating another scavenger hunt to be held in March
I would say.. Go for it!

More people came after Eric and Rox received their promotion
If im not wrong, this is Josh first guild gathering he ever attended.
Then,
Eric tried to imitate me
because he looks exactly like me with my previous look
same hair, same hair color, same NX clothes too
but I dont carry a shield.
and during guild gathering,
i usually remove my hat
This is Bobby's first promotion event as a Jr Master
let's all give him love as encouragement!
He's making a little speech before promoting a Senior to Director
Is it due to nervousness that he accidentally demoted Angie? o.othat moment was really funny
we were expecting to see Angie getting a promotion to director
and we saw "[lilstef] position has been changed to [Junior]"
Angie has always been an active player among all guildmates
though most times she afk a lot
she still levels up decently
she doesn't initiate talks usually but when you actually approach her to talk
you'll view her differently
she is actually a very talkative person
she jokes and teases people (or rather to me)
though she may not be a very active participant in guild events since she has only participated a couple of the events
i believe she is very well-loved by everyone
sometimes,
you dont necessary have to be a good talker in order for people to like you
after being some time in the guild,
your personality shines through your action or the way you speak
this coming April,
she will be entering her 2nd year in ColdFusion Guild

Jo took over after Bobby promoted Angie
Ambrose came late so he was kinda the last to receive his promotion
usually we do it by the standard ways
promoting the Juniors first, then Seniors and lastly Directors.
Ambrose has a quiet and cool personality
by first impression, he may seem like a cold person
but he is a kind-hearted guy
like what I've said..
"you dont necessary have to be a good talker in order for people to like you. after being some time in the guild, your personality shines through your action or the way you speak"
he participates in guild events,
he tries to make time to attend guild gatherings unless he has school
he always make a quiet entrance and leave quietly
very unnoticeable
still, it doesn't make him a bad person
he gets along very well with his guildmates too
and he is a very helpful guy
though im not always on now
i think he can be considered as a regular player
not very active but he still plays and levels up.

New Jr Master and 2nd-in-command Guild Master
double promotion, triple promotion don't exist in my dictionaryfor those who are thinking that I have given a double promotion
it's not.
Ada has always had this crazy and hyper personality
having her in the guild makes the guild so lively
having me in the guild makes the guild so dead
that's the extreme difference between us
I need someone who has a cheerful quality to make the guild fun
even when she's angry,
the way she complains,
it's funny
i remembered seeing her lead GPQ for the first time
she became so serious and organized
making sure that things don't go wrong
she was very patient in teaching
it was so unlike her
that side of her surprised me
and i thought to myself..
ada has the potential to be the leader
I've known ada for more than a year
and i can see tremendous improvement in her
we used to counsel her about her attitude towards her guildmates
those who knew her before would understand what Im talking about
anyway,
she is a pretty active player in the guild in terms of leveling
and highly active in guild events
she never fails to attend any events..
a good example as motivation to participate in guild events
I believe I have made the right choice (dont disappoint me)
Ada will take over most of my duties as a Guild Master
meaning..
organizing events, getting people to help out the committee, holding discussions with the Jr Masters about promotions, attending to everyone's enquiry about anything, and she holds full authority to expel or invite anyone
i trust her whole-heartedly that she will not abuse her authority
and she will lead the guild the way i want it to be..
in her own way
i hope everyone will cooperate with her and help her with the events
do everything as a guild, not alone.
then there'll be unity in us

Welcome New CF Guildmate
her name is EllyShe is Will's girlfriend (real life)
Before she officially joined the guild,
she has already helped out in GPQ - 2 rounds
I hope she wasn't forced by Will to help us
Before she officially joined the guild,
she attended our 1st promotion event in 2008
that's when she joined our guild
a little background about her that I know of
she's almost the same age as Will.. (age is a woman's secret)
same college as him and she practically lives with him
she helps Will to cook and clean up his place
but Will say that's not true o.o
Anyway,
our sweet Willy made her steaks on Valentine's Day
bet that melted her heart
Hmm.. she's Asian, born in Taiwan, moved to USA when she was a year old (i hope i got my facts correct)
Ok that's all I know
one thing that she impressed me happened yesterday during gpq
if i didn't remember incorrectly,
she went to the camp with her character Atawi
once she reached there,
she said "okay i'll log encarteditch now"
i did not even say anything about logging the gpq sacrificer
but she did it on her own (perhaps Will told her to? that's okay. keep it to yourself only. no need to tell me)
Initiation quality..
i like that.
