but..
there's a "but"..

well..

I am not sure if everyone will be as active as before..

but I can be sure that we'll play during weekends..

and whenever we're free on weekdays..

However,

due to our time differences..

it'll be very difficult to see each other online..

especially when there's never-ending work.. school.. and other committments..

Well,

yes it's true that we came back on 12 June 2009..

and slowly..

as the word spreads across ..

one by one..

each of us returned..

or rather..

played a little bit more than usual..
It really caught me by surprise that people still do visit this guild website..

once in a blue moon is also good...

I won't be a very active player..

but for sure..

i will log on whenever I am free..

like now!

but im updating the site

because i've gotten far too many comments that the previous entry is too depressing..

Everyone's celebrating Maplestory 4th Year Anniversary!

Come to think of it..

our guild is.. 3 years old?

It was formed in 2006..

just 1 year younger than Maple.. =)

Well..

after 1 1/2 years of inactiveness...

the revival of our guild starts with the power of food..

We sorta gathered together with just the 5 of us..

seeing that it was my 1st time back in maple..

there are already 5 of us..

i think that's a very good start =)
i dont expect a lot..

but I hope this is something where I can expect that...

friendships are ever-lasting no matter how far apart you are..

and no matter how long the communication has died down..

the bond stays..

Hm..

Wanna know what made me return to Maple?

I guess it's story telling time..

will present to you in conversation terms...

One day..

a friend of mine asked me how I spend my last year in Canada..

she said.. "you must have travelled around, enjoying the last moments of the beautiful scenery etc"

I paused and recalled my last year..

"Actually.. I spent my last year playing game... Maplestory"

She looked at me with disbelief..

"You play Maple?"

Carrying a proud look..

"Ya I do.. I played for almost 2 years.. it was really fun"

All the memories suddenly flashed back to 2006 and in 2007..

It was really fun..

I really enjoyed myself..

To people.. maybe it's only a game..

but up till now..

I still believe it's more than just a game..

especially when efforts have been put in..

I had a guild..

I was a guild leader..

I was strict with my members..

but they know I can be extremely crazy with them if I want to..

I guess to me..

the happiest thing I felt was..

even though it's just online meeting..

I get to know about their lives..

and I feel especially happy when I was able to watch them grow..

I felt like I was more of a brother than a guild leader..

I treated everyone like my little sisters and brothers..

like there was this boy..

he was 10 when I met him..

at first I felt he was annoying because he popped out from nowhere and kept following me nonstop..

he kept asking me for items and mesos..

he even added me to buddy..

I did and then i deleted him..

and then he popped out again.. because he tracked me..

again and again i tried to shake him off..

but he was damn sticky to me..

somehow..

I got used to him following me around..

i started noticing that he isn't really an annoying boy..

he can actually be quite funny..

after months and months of playing together..

i saw myself in him..

someone told me that..

he actually see me as a brother..

and he thinks highly of me..

he even said when he grows up..

he wants to be like ili and i..

to be in a job where he can save lives..

ili is gonna be future doctor..

for me.. I told him that i want to be either a firefighter or a counsellor to help people..

i dont know if he will remember what he says..

but he is going to grow up to be a good person..

he's a good kid..

my friend was listening to me attentively..
she said to me..

"i have never seen you so sincere in your words before..

i have never seen you so happy while talking about something..

they must have been really important to you.."

"yes.. they were the ones who accompanied me through my lonely times in Canada"

she replied..

from your eyes..

your smile..

and the way you speak of them..

you must have really missed them..

I paused and smiled... and nodded..

yes.. i really miss them.. i really do actually..

it's been a year and a half since i chatted / played with them..

they must have grown up now..

I never knew that I would revealed my feelings through my words..

I never knew my friend would noticed it..

so..

girls are really sensitive eh?

but..

to be honest..

when she told me that..

i was really shocked..

because i never knew that it would be written all over my face..

All that you have read in yellow text..

was what I told her..

every now and then..

i tell her different stories about my time with each of you..

like..

"Jo is a very responsible and intelligent girl.. I appointed her as the Jr Master because I know she is very capble.. she has helped me a lot etc"

"Ada is a very loud and noisy girl.. she's like the most talkative one in the guild but as I got to know her deeper and deeper.. she has great potential too.. together with Jo.. they make a good team. When I left.. I appointed her as the new Guild Master.."

"I have 3 directors in my guild. (Pointing at the guild website) This is Ili.. she's a priest, my training partner and we got married in maple too. This is Will.. he's like a couple of years younger than me but very mature guy. He's cool too, very helpful and straightforward guy. This is Angie.. same job as me.. sometimes we train together and we often boss together.. They are almost my age and very active players.. very enthusiastic in helping too. Most importantly, I felt that they are trustworthy people. I respected them really."

so on and on down the list...

then I talked about Avis who got scammed.. and he sorta quited maple

because he went for holiday..

and then we got him a claw for his birthday gift etc..

hoping that he would return to maple to play with us again..

every little stories..

brought a smile to me..

it was really beautiful..
