when you need something, ask in a polite way
in this way, people might attend to your needs
rather than just ignoring you
4) Be Professional
do not act noobish
do not ask people to find you this item and that item do not ask for mesos and stuffs
but you can let us know what you're looking for
5) No Leeching, No Looting
If you're in party and going afk, notify ur party members
If you want to loot, always ask them if it's okay to loot
Respect whatever they say to you
6) Defame System
Do not misuse our guild name by threatening others with it.
Example: "Stop Ksing me! I'll get my guild to mass defame you!"
Mass Defames NOT Approved when..
1) One random person defame you for no reason
2) people scammed you
3) people ksed you

7) Probation
we will be looking at your performance and your attitude once you joined this guild
failure to cooperate, participate in conversations and guild activities = expel
this probation will last ONE month
however, if anyone is found abusing this system to get out of the guild,
penalty equivalent to that for leaving the guild for no valid reason would be carried out against him/her.
decisions will be made based on our discretion.
Fate has no forgiveness
for those who dare stand against it.

Serious Issue -mass defame penalty-
Some of you have noticed that someone has been trashing our guild website with very rude and unpleasant messages I, darkeno, knew it was him all along but always never had the chance to confront him when I could, I didn't
Now.. this issue has got way too far too serious the most recent messages (which I have deleted) are the worst messages u'll ever read
to the girls whose pride was hurt.. my apologies to you.. for not settling this issue with him eariler on when I could (sorry)
We held our guild meeting yesterday and we have came up with a final decision before I announce the final decision let me reveal what has happened in the past few weeks.. and what happened yesterday

Solving a Mystery Case
these are the first few messages that he started off with.. look at the IP Address circled in RED carefully..
he impersonated his own real life friend "Eric" and brought him bad reputation in our guild.. everyone thought that it was Eric who made this "rude comment" about our guild name is gay but Eric is innocent he was framed by his best friend
these messages aren't that serious yet but the most recent messages...... I am totally speechless
we had our guild meeting yesterday and Kryptess2 suggested that we should post out the messages to show everyone what this guy have done

Identity Revealed, Final Decision
If you have compare and contrast the IP Address of the 2 attachments above by now, you should have a very clear idea who the culprit is
Not only did he leave these messages.. he LEFT the guild without giving Cyn and I a notice.. is that what you call respect and responsible? also..he is aware of the penalty for leaving the guild before he entered our guild..
Therefore, I'm here to announce the final decision agreed by most of your guildmates during yesterday's meeting that we should...

Last Thing
his reason for leaving the guild.. could be 2 reasons 1) He knows that I was gonna approach him about this matter. Perhaps he is ashamed and scared, so he took the first time in leaving. (We planned to expel him anyway, but he was faster than I thought) 2) Jo was there when he left. She said that Kevin told her that Ash, Eric and Ben pissed him off the guild. (Even if this is his main reason for leaving the guild, it is NOT Valid)

Two Members Left
In addition to this serious issue, two members have left our guild yesterday Ash (AggieDaSin & SlagKnight) and Geoff (MclericwizM)
their reason for leaving is.. to create their own guild and ally our guild..
Their case is not as serious as Kevin's case besides.. Ash and Geoff's conduct has been really good in our guild.. they were actually in the next promotion list..
Cyn is in charge of speaking to them first before we take any actions So for now, we will focus on Kevin's case first
