Clarification on Promotions

To all new members:
promotions will be effective only after 2 months of stay in the guild

reasons:
-stablize ur stay in the guild-
-get to know most of ur guildmates-
-get to know what u really want or if u really like the guild-

*Note: There are no such thing as double/triple promotions. Everyone starts from Junior and gets promoted up the position slowly.

Jr Master Position is not as easy to get as you think

1) Has to be very active in-game (Everyday except exam period) OR available when needed (if u're not in-game, then msn unless it's ur school/sleeping time)
2) Has to fulfill all primary requirements of promotion criteria
3) Has to check guild website and forum as frequent as u can
4) Has to be mature and responsible in handling guild issues
5) Has to be someone who can be a good-role model to the guildmates

I don't wish to promote someone who isn't active
or who is unreachable

Revision on Admission

Basic Requirement for Admission will be removed
as long as u are...

mature
friendly
responsible
understand & obey all guild rules

u will be accepted in the guild


Basic Requirement for Promotions will be removed
Jr Master Position is open to ALL regardless of your level
BUT
He/She has to fulfill whatever was mentioned above

Fun Times in the Guild

Yesterday
we had some fun in FM
we were playing "teacher & students" scenario..


i didn't manage to take a lot of SS
bcs it didn't occur to me that..
i could turn them into a comic strip..
but i'll just post a few SS to show you guys what we did..
AND..
i will also post the comic strip that kean and ada did before..

kid Avis was acting so weird..

and Miss Ili was so mean to kid ade by telling him to sit at the corner..
i have no idea what dumb ade did..
perhaps he was really dumb..

New ColdFusion Event Coming Up!

all are divided into 3 groups of 4
there's a total of 4 events
1st event (Mother's Day Event) is currently available now
complete each event with ur groupmates before the deadline
the group winner will get a BIG prize

and he's from Philippiness!
Dex (DeviYiru) and Jo (sweeteejO) are from Philippiness too..
but Dex is currently in London..
anyway,
Tien told me that Rem is a good friend of his..
so if anything happens..
like if Rem leaves the guild and run away..
we'll catch Tien and interrogate him F3

anyway, just make urself home..

because all of us are from different countries
and we have different time zones

To All Basilers

Sometimes I wonder how idiotic basilers can get
rude ones, pretentious kind, dishonourable ones, and disgusting ones.

Most of you here are basilers..
1) ALWAYS honour ur trades even if the price is not what you wanted..
the auction ended..
that person won it fair and square..
if u're not happy about the final price..
then don't put it at a low price to begin with!

2) If you made a mistake and someone has SS to prove it, then just admit u're in the wrong..
don't be such an ass and blame it on others

3) No matter how mad you are at the person if he decides not to trade, CONTROL your usage of language.
i know most basilers like to use the F word
or insult others with F and B words
especially when trades don't go well..
and then when someone leaves a negative feedback..
they cussed each other in the feedbacks..

Just to warn you guys about these THREE basilers that you have to be careful


Story One: Xnch [basil id: islandhobo]

i've written an entry about xnch a few weeks ago..
about how he refused to admit he put up the wrong auction..
and he disregarded my screenshots of evidence..
and insisted that he was right..
and accused me of making me a bad mistake
and left me a negative feedback..

Story Two: xCrusader06x [basil id: shockattk]

we are all given 1 week to complete our basil trades
this fellow here..
just because he couldn't find me in TWO days..
he left me a neutral feedback..
well..
the trade was successful in the end..
we traded just as usual..
but he did not inform me that he has already left me a neutral feedback
when i found out he left a netural one..
i asked him the reason for that..
like.. did i do anything wrong?

if he's really that eager..
why didn't he bother to drop me an email in basil to let me know he needs it urgently?
so that i can log in the time when he's on..
he did nothing about it..

this happened today [April 10th, 2007]
i won his atk+10 dark imperial gloves for 90mil fair..
so i whispered to him in-game abt it
he claimed that the offer was too low..
not what he expected..
so he's not selling it to me..
so i said ok.. let's compromise..
im willing to pay more for it..
and he said "nah, i need it for training"
then why did you put up in the auction in the first place??
and his reply was..
"because i have larger cohones"

apparently cohones is a spanish word..
and it means "balls"

he's totally out of point..
and has a pervertic mind..
what's with these people nowadays?

New CF Guildmate

it's such a small world..
the people that he knows are all from ColdFusion..
He's a friend of ChocoJo, braveheart28 and deviyiru..
yes i know..
this is a level 40+ guild..
and I have bend the rules just to take him in..
because we had a vote..
and majority said "yes, let him in"
before entering our guild,
he has made a deal with me..
that is to get to level 40 within 2 weeks..
else he'll be out of the guild..
he's doing fine now..
actually he leveled twice today in our guild ludi pq..
so grats to him..
3 more levels and deal is done.

First Round of 4th GPQ


we managed to get the boss' hp down to half but look at the time..
only one minute left..

2nd Round of 4th GPQ

Dex and Jo came back to our guild to do gpq with us
i do not know if their stay in permanent
it would be great to have them back
since we were all guildmates before
IcyMageLaji is our newest guildmate
i'll introduce more about him below
Bruteful.. is a Spear DK.. who did not prepare pots for boss
and depends a lot on Priest
during boss fight, he kept saying..
"We need a priest.. we can't fight him.."
"if only the priest didn't d/c, we can kill him" etc..
Well,
i have no comments on that..
to be honest..
he was useless throughout the gpq

Yellow sign above Ergoth's head means No Physical Attack
Blue sign above Ergoth's head means No Magical Attack

apparently..
angie and ili got disconnected and couldn't return to gpq
and Bruteful gave up after he died twice and went afk..
so basically..
Mark and I were the only ones killing him without a Priest..
if Mark can do it without a Priest..
i don't see why Bruteful has to make that comments
but towards the end..
Mark had some personal stuffs to deal so he had to go afk..

thus leaving me alone to solo the boss..
6 minutes left..
and it's always yellow sign..
and whenever it's yellow.. he heals himself..
so..
that's the furthest we got to..
about 1/3 hp left..

We took a break after 2 rounds of GPQ
repoting, organizing and...
we had our first informal and quick promotion event..
a lot of people were on at that time..
so i reckon that perhaps it's a good time to do it..
so..

Grats to Avis on getting Promoted to Senior!

3rd Round of 4th GPQ

this time..
Angie and ili are with me..
and they did extremely well..
i must say im very impressed by their performance today..
especially ili..
she's getting more and more experienced now..
without hb.. she survived through..
and most importantly..
no lags..
Angie has always been one of the best too..
Avis is good at hasting and stage 3 for the moment..
but when he reaches level 90..
we'll see him pwn Ergoth..
Mark came in last minute and we were so happy..
even though we could survive without hb..
but having hb is better than nothing..
and we just continue killing..
and killing..
and.....

he's dying..
and...

he's dead..

omg..
did u know how happy we were?
how excited yet scared?
excited bcs he was dying
scared bcs we might die before he does..
anyway,
he died.. before us.. and in front of us =)

Well Done guys!!
excellent performance today..
and thanks for all the encouragement..
Dennis did very good too..
he managed to stay alive for a few minutes to heal us..
not easy for a level 48 Cleric to do that..
i must say im very impressed by his performance as well..
