Guild Chat is a time to draw the relationship between members closer
it's not a fish market where you can do whatever you like
i.e: spamming your stuffs on sale
3) Be Polite
when you need something, ask in a polite way
in this way, people might attend to your needs
rather than just ignoring you
4) Be Professional
do not act noobish
do not ask people to find you this item and that item do not ask for mesos and stuffs
but you can let us know what you're looking for
5) No Leeching, No Looting
If you're in party and going afk, notify ur party members
If you want to loot, always ask them if it's okay to loot
Respect whatever they say to you
6) Defame System
Do not misuse our guild name by threatening others with it.
Example: "Stop Ksing me! I'll get my guild to mass defame you!"
Mass Defames NOT Approved when..
1) One random person defame you for no reason
2) people scammed you
3) people ksed you

7) Probation
we will be looking at your performance and your attitude once you joined this guild
failure to cooperate, participate in conversations and guild activities = expel
this probation will last ONE month
however, if anyone is found abusing this system to get out of the guild,
penalty equivalent to that for leaving the guild for no valid reason would be carried out against him/her.
decisions will be made based on our discretion.

Revision of ColdFusion Guild Event
Many of you are confused about this guild event so let me revise it with you guys again
the main objective of this event is teamwork.. it's about participation, cooperation, helping one another.. and strengthening your relationship with one another..
this coldfusion guild event is divided into 8 sub-quests.. the sub-quests will NOT be revealed until you have finished the TRIAL task now this guild event will last for 2 months.. or even more.. depending how cooperative you guys are.

Duties of Everyone
Duty of Leaders - ensure active participation from all group mates - maintain constant communication through guild forum - lead the group with respect
Duty of Co-leaders - help leader to manage the group - if leader is not present, you have to take over the leader's duty
Duty of members - cooperate with your group mates and leaders - maintain constant contact with ur leader - be responsible in what you do (eg: report to them if u are not able to make it to the group meeting)

We held our events yesterday.. even though not many people could make it.. the event went on as usual..
First.. we had our promotions event.. four members were chosen to have their position in the guild raised.. however.. one was unable to make it.. therefore his promotion will be postponded..
Congratulations to Jimmy(Slacker901) he has shown good attitudes and performances in the guild.. his attendence has been really constant and regular too.. also he took the rules and penalty seriously by not breaking any of it.. his constant efforts to communicate with the guild mates were noticed too.. therefore.. we decided to promote him to the Director..

Results for Comics Event Strip
Next event.. we are glad that ChocoJo made it to the 2nd half of the event.. which was the result of the comics strip event..
we're v.disappointed to say that.. there were only 2 submissions..
where is your participation and support for the guild events? if you want to make this guild a good one.. then do something about it.
some claimed that they do not know how to do it.. darkeno took the time to post an entry.. just to teach the simple ways of making a comics strip.. but we can all see that.. most of you did not appreciate what he did..

Jo, Cheez and Gil.. they all have exams and school.. but still.. they took some time off to participate the guild event.. we understand that everyone has school and other activities.. that is why we gave 1 month time frame instead of 1 week or 2 weeks.. but what did we get in return? .....
anyway.. they have done well in the comics strip.. it was really entertaining.. therefore.. the prizes were split among them equally.. they have done a good job.. not only in participation.. but also their support for guild events.. well done, girls..
also.. just a gentle reminder.. your participation in guild events does affect your promotions.. if ur attendence is irregular.. that's okay..
but if you show no support in guild events.. or break any guild rules.. then we not only have to talk to you in private.. but also put you under probation.. meaning.. you will not be promoted for a period of time..
