I was not there when kean took his 3rd job
he was patient enough to wait for me for an hour
at the same time,
he was really excited too
so he went ahead
it was fortunate that he wasn't alone
Ada and Jo were with him by his side when he took the tests and his job

he's so lucky
he had two pretty girls with him F3

Ada and Jo took SS of him when he tried his Shadow Partner
Kean is really fasinated by his Shadow Partner
his damage isn't as great as the rest
but it's only the beginning for him
i dont know if he used warrior pills but he definitely had no rage

Guild Issue: Ili's Case

I am here to address the issue of ili's jr master position
because everyone has the rights to know the reason why ili is no longer a jr master


as everyone knows,
ili was voted by most of the guildmates to be given the jr master position
she was not chosen by me or cyn
she got the post through votes
however,
she lost it through a rash decision


Being a Jr Master,
they should know their responsibilies and priorities
if they fail to understand,
they lose the position
No matter what,
personal issues and guild issues should not be mixed together


It is a long story
I will not get into that
what made her lose her position..
was the step that she took..
in leaving the guild.


No matter how angry you are,
or how upset you are,
a Jr Master should always try to make rational decision to cease the fire during that heated argument
not making impulsive and irrational decision
she was allowed to return to the guild only because the guildmates wanted her back


this isn't the 1st time
this is already the 2nd time
if she does it again for the 3rd time,
she will be banished from returning to the guild forever


Doing that to seek attention or support..
will not result in a good outcome
if you do not want to hear anything from the guild
then log out and calm urself down
Quitting the guild was unnecessary


I have discussed this issue with Cyn
and since ili has forsaken her Jr Master Position
Jr Master post will not be granted to her until she has proven her worth


We felt that she has wasted the good intentions of her guildmates who voted for her
Being a Jr Master,
you have to set as a good example to your juniors, seniors and directors to learn
because one day,
they will be promoted and help manage the guild


We have extremely high expectations in our Jr Masters
being nice, friendly, approachable is one kind of a Jr Master quality
being responsible, strict is another kind
We're looking for a Jr Master who can set his/her priorities right
who can put his/her heart fully to handle guild issues
Jr Master post is NOT just a position to make you feel GOOD or POWERFUL
it's more than that
it's about your capabilities to lead the entire guild


if you're capable to lead
show it to us
ur efforts will be recognized


I also want to apologize to everyone who were there at the scene when this problem occurred
I cannot blame ili entirely for leaving the guild
because it was partially my fault
but as I have said,
Being a Jr Master,
they should know their responsibilies and priorities right
and quitting the guild was unnecessary
if she was really unhappy,
yes she may go
but before she leave,
she has to inform everyone

it's about responsibility and respect
that's the guild rule

Scavenger Hunt

This is our first time organizing a Scavenger Hunt
there were a few mistakes at the beginning
but I hope most of you have enjoyed
the Next Scavenger Hunt will be better

This is after the Event
We were trying to RACE to the "Final Clue of Today": Guild Meeting Area


Before I Announce the Results of the Scavenger Hunt
I would like to point out a few mistakes that were made during the Hunt
and I sincerely apologize that

Mistakes from the Hunt

FIRST MISTAKE
Team 5 got to 1st Station first but the Station leader d/c and wasn't there.
Thus, they thought they were at the wrong station and they left.
When other teams got there, the station leader was already back.
Thus, making them the last team to finish the 1st clue

SECOND MISTAKE
The first clue given had spelling errors. It was "Decapitated Swine",
but they said they were given "Decapitated Wine" and couldn't solve the clues.
I gave them the answer "Pig's Head" for that clue.

THIRD MISTAKE
Team 1 got to 3rd Station first but the Station Leader (Me -_-) was in the wrong channel.
I made Team 1 wasted their time looking for me.
I was supposed to be in Ch 3 but I was in Ch 4.
I apologize.

FOURTH MISTAKE
All Teams were still stuck at the Place Clue B and couldn't find the 2nd Station.
Whereas Team 1 already got to Station 5
but the Station Leader (Me again -_-) wasn't ready yet -_-
1st Reason: Chrys was in his priest located at 2nd Station, waiting for other teams to go to him. I cannot log out of Darkeno until he has returned to CL500.
2nd Reason: My laptop was already used for Station 3, and I had to log out Darkeno to log in as Station 5 leader. Sarah was in Station 4.
3rd Reason: I never expect Team 1 to be so fast -_- I actually had to whisper Avis to tell him to slow down because Station 5 leader isn't there yet -_-

FIFTH MISTAKE
Station 6 leader (omg.. me again F777) d/c.
Team 2 got there and there was no Station Leader but they waited there for my return.
So it wasn't so bad except I wasted their time waiting for me
(hey only 1 minute.. so it's not so bad... I hope =X)

SIXTH MISTAKE
"Rawhide" clue was indeed a very broad term.
I gave "Fresh Skin" as a hint.
It was so funny, some teams bring me back all kinds of skin they could find..
like "Aligators Skin, Ligators Skin, Jr Necki Skin, Drake Skin".

for "Scientific Amphibian",
Team 1 showed me Cursed Eyes Tails and made me laughed.
(Is Cursed Eyes an amphibian?)

What Happened to Team 3, 4 and 6 during the Hunt?

Before I Announce the Results,
I would like everyone to know what happened to Ili and some Teams

Ili joined Team 4 (Aaron and Red) - finished the 1st Clue
Tien came and really wanted to join badly
I asked Ili is she wants to join Tien
she kindly agreed
So Team 6 (Ili and Tien) was formed

During the 2nd Clue,
Red gave up and said he wants to go
Leaving Aaron alone in the team
So, Aaron joined Team 6 (Ili, Tien and Aaron)

Soon,
Tien had to go and Aaron had to eat his dinnerr
Leaving Ili ALONE
At the same time,
Bobby said he had to go
So Kean joined Ili (Team 6)
But Bobby was unhappy so he decided to continue the hunt
He joined Ili (Team 6: Ili, Kean and Bobby)

With such instability in the Teams
They are bound to lose because of this
Everyone tried hard to finish this Hunt
I feel bad if I give prizes only to the 3 Winning Teams
So,
I have decided to give prizes to All Teams who completed
The prize won't be so big because I am not rich to begin with -_-

Final Clue: Guild Meeting Area

After all the events
We held our 6th Promotion Event in CH3 FM 20


During this Promotion Event
Three guildmates were selected for promotions

Chrys and Angie were both promoted to Seniors
They have showed their potential in the way they do things maturely
Angie is a little quiet but her views on things are really strict
she doesn't voice out much
but when asked for her opinions (in whisper only),
she will not hesistate to say it out
Also,
she's always willing to help whenever she's called upon
and very active player too
even though she has work now,
she still tries to come on as frequent as possible
So I think she deserves to get promoted

Everyone knows Chrys,
I dont have to comment so much about him
Everyone loves him
When it comes to serious things,
he will be serious and try to help out
He tries to maintain the guild when I am not around too
and when things happened,
he will be one of the 1st few to report to me
He has showed great enthusiasm towards guild matters
and has been a very caring and encouraging guildmate to all

Second Jr Master Chosen

Jo was promoted to Jr Master of ColdFusion yesterday
I have always think very highly of Jo since the beginning
but I dragged the opportunity because there were some issues that happened

She resembles Cyn a lot in terms of strictness
and her potential to lead according to the guild rules
Sometimes being strict can get her in trouble with some guildmates
like being "too bossy" because not many people like that
but I think being bossy is one of a good leadership quality
However,
"Respect" will be needed as a crucial factor added to being "bossy"
I hope everyone will learn to respect each other views
and understand them

Also,
I felt that a Jr Master is needed to watch over the guild when Ili and I are not around
from today onwards,
She will have to take on high responsibilities
because she is the only Jr Master for the Europe, Australia, Pacific and Asia Continents
Now,
she can lead GPQ whenever I am not around because of different Time Zones
AND,
she is ALWAYS available on MSN if she's not on MS
That's one thing that I really like about
So, if there's any problems, she can be found on msn
