1) No Hacking
the first and most important rule to follow
if caught by anyone, you'll be reported & your account will be banned
2) No Spamming
Guild Chat is a time to draw the relationship between members closer
it's not a fish market where you can do whatever you like
i.e: spamming your stuffs on sale
3) Be Polite
when you need something, ask in a polite way
in this way, people might attend to your needs
rather than just ignoring you
4) Be Professional
do not act noobish
do not ask people to find you this item and that item do not ask for mesos and stuffs
but you can let us know what you're looking for
5) No Leeching, No Looting
If you're in party and going afk, notify ur party members
If you want to loot, always ask them if it's okay to loot
Respect whatever they say to you
6) Defame System
Do not misuse our guild name by threatening others with it.
Example: "Stop Ksing me! I'll get my guild to mass defame you!"
Mass Defames NOT Approved when..
1) One random person defame you for no reason
2) people scammed you
3) people ksed you

7) Probation
we will be looking at your performance and your attitude once you joined this guild
failure to cooperate, participate in conversations and guild activities = expel
this probation will last ONE month
however, if anyone is found abusing this system to get out of the guild,
penalty equivalent to that for leaving the guild for no valid reason would be carried out against him/her.
decisions will be made based on our discretion.

~Guild Issues~
I'm sure everyone is aware of Kevin's case for those who do not know him or about his case.. u can refer to November 19th, 2006entry to read more about him..
the first time we defamed him... he started off with 113 fames.. it went down to 63.. it was so successful because he said he is collecting defames due to penalty.. so he told us to bring more.. and he waited in fm for people to defame him..
for the past few days.. including today.. we continued his penalty.. his fame started off at 66.. so I presumed he probably have traded or bought 3 fames..
this time.. it was not so easy.. for some of us.. it was easy because he doesn't know our mules or friends.. so there was no way he could run.. but people like krytpess, slacker and the darkeno mules and those who are in coldfusion guild.. once he sees them.. he runs..
now.. he claims that he is collecting fames.. and made some of us chase after him.. but it was a successful chase afterall.. especially our dear cyn.. u have no idea how determined she is.. to defame kevin..
she ran from... 101st floor of eos tower to ludi to toy factory to crossroad time to toy factory to ludi to ludi pharmacy to omega sector to off-limits to FM to 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor, 7th floor, rombots... back down to 1st floor.. omega, to FM, to ludi and finally... back to 101st floor of eos tower..
not only that.. he kept on changing channels too.. but in the end.. cyn managed to defame him..
see how determined cyn was.. it shows how much she wants him to serve his penalty for being such a... rude, immature and "sick" kid..
today.. his fame went down from 66 to 21.. all thanks to the cooperation of all guildmates and their mules.. and also some buddies of cyn and ade
currently.. his fame dropped again.. from 21 to 16.. i'm starting to ponder.. did more people (guildmates/friends) defame him? or is he asking and buying defames now?
whatever is the case.. Kevin's case.. is officially closed now.. he has received a total of...
100 defames
this is the best we can do.. even though he won't learn his lessons.. at least we have carried out our penalty against him.. he is already out of our guild.. and will be out of our minds from now on.. because the guild penalty for him is done and over..

~Guild News~
many things have happened in our guild.. i'll just summarize and make it short..
Ash (AggieDaSin) is banned from MS permanently.. so I guess we won't be seeing the return of his character.. therefore.. he will be removed from our guild
Geoff (MclericwizM) is banned from MS.. but we do not know if it's permanent or just temporary.. we do not know the reason due to his blockage of account.. so he will still remain in our guild until further notice is given..
Nathan (Uzumatnarut0) claimed that he got hacked.. and it was the hacker who left the guild.. whatever is the case.. I invited him back to our guild twice.. and twice.. he left.. claiming that he was hacked again and again.. he asked to return to the guild another time.. using another character (RockLeeSin) when i turned him down.. he used vulgarities against cyn and I and his attitude was really bad.. he even told the guild he was in.. to mass defame cyn and I.. but it was unsucessful because I have a friend in the same guild as him.. and I explained the situation to her.. and therefore.. she could stop the whole thing the next day.. he whispered to me again and said sorry for all that he said.. and I believe.. the photo that was posted in the guild forum.. is Nathan..
he no longer belongs in our guild because of his bad atittude.. he received 12 defames on Uzumatnarut0.. I will leave the decision to you guys.. whether u want him defamed another 13 times.. I will be posting the conversations he had with cyn and I.. and so you can make ur decision there..
Brian (KeysMager) has been expelled from the guild because he hacked for the 2nd time.. we confronted him for the 1st time.. and he assured us that he won't hack again.. but he lied and continued to use hack.. Defaming him is up to you guys.. but if you see him around.. please report him.. hopefully he gets banned for what he is doing.. his last message is: "you guys were all cool.. especially youavis! goodbye people"
Sophie (blondeli0n) was hacked.. the hacker left the guild after some unsuccessful attempts to get our accounts.. I do believe that she was hacked.. and I feel that it is unnecessary to waste our defames on blondeli0n.. if she ever returns to our guild.. i will get her to pay a fine.. for being so careless and creating this mess..

End of the Year
It's Dec 31st, 2006 for some people.. and January 1st, 2007 for others.. so many things have happened in the guild.. hopefully.. 2007 will be a good year for the guild.. and also for everyone! good luck in your studies.. in work.. friendships.. love.. family relationships.. and good luck lvling too!
