Rules & Regulations
refer to September 10th, 2006 Entry for more elaborated details

1) No Hacking
the first and most important rule to follow
if caught by anyone, you'll be reported & your account will be banned

2) No Spamming
Guild Chat is a time to draw the relationship between members closer
it's not a fish market where you can do whatever you like
i.e: spamming your stuffs on sale

3) Be Polite
when you need something, ask in a polite way
in this way, people might attend to your needs
rather than just ignoring you

4) Be Professional
do not act noobish
do not ask people to find you this item and that item
do not ask for mesos and stuffs
but you can let us know what you're looking for

5) No Leeching, No Looting
If you're in party and going afk, notify ur party members
If you want to loot, always ask them if it's okay to loot
Respect whatever they say to you

6) Defame System
Do not misuse our guild name by threatening others with it.
Example: "Stop Ksing me! I'll get my guild to mass defame you!"
Mass Defames NOT Approved when..
1) One random person defame you for no reason
2) people scammed you
3) people ksed you

7) Probation
we will be looking at your performance and your attitude once you joined this guild
failure to cooperate, participate in conversations and guild activities = expel
this probation will last ONE month
however, if anyone is found abusing this system to get out of the guild,
penalty equivalent to that for leaving the guild for no valid reason would be carried out against him/her.
decisions will be made based on our discretion.

Fate has no forgiveness
for those who dare stand against it.

One Year Anniversary

CFG's one year anniversary is coming soon
we've gonna hold a couple of events in mid-July
we're hoping that most of you can turn up
and participate in the events

I'm gonna go through briefly what the events are gonna be
so please take note of the dates and times
i'll try to fix a possible time for everyone to come on..
which means...
some of you might have to sacrifice your sleeping time..
if you think it's worth it,
then give it a shot
otherwise,
we're sorry if you will miss the events..

First Event: Guild Photo

the last time we had an almost-complete guild photo-taking session was last July
our guild started with 6 pioneers
it then grew up to 20 members (but most of us have our 2nd characters in the guild)

as everyone knows
our guild is strict when it comes to accepting new members
those who broke the rules were expelled
and others just don't fit in with the guildmates
or some just got bored staying in one guild
especially when there was a period of time where CFG was inactive..

today,
we have a total of 34 members (excluding avis' mage)
we're going to try to fit in all the members in ONE time slot
if it is really highly impossible
then we have to take the guild photo twice
in order to do this successfully,
HIGH cooperation is needed

Venue of guild photo is not confirmed yet
we would like to go by votes
I will be assigning Avis [theman] to go round to collect the votes
If they do not know what they are voting for,
please tell them to read the guild website on the latest update

Second Event: Scavenger Hunt
There will be a Scavenger Hunt either BEFORE or AFTER the guild photo
This is not confirmed yet
However,
it is confirmed that the Scavenger Hunt will be held on the same day

The Scavenger Hunt will be held in Victoria Island
The meeting place and starting point will be in SleepyWood
Participation is not compulsory but it's strongly encouraged..

Each of you will be paired up
So, find a partner and crack the clues together
There will be a total of 10 Clues given
5 clues will require you to do some tasks
5 clues which will require you to solve somes puzzles
duration: 1 hour

The main organizer of this event is Chrys [CL500]
I am his assistant =P

More information will be given when the day is approaching

Third Event: Guild Promotions

We'll be holding our 6th Guild Promotion Event on the same day
So far we haven't decided on the 2nd Jr Master
so there is a possibility that we will postpond it to August instead
However,
there are some Juniors who will be promoted to Seniors in this event

Note:
All Seniors and Directors are expected to turn up in this event to congratulate the new Seniors

Note:
New Members will only be granted the eligibility of promotion after 2 months stay in the guild.

Note:
Newly-returned Members (means those who disappeared and returned after a long time) will be granted the eligibility of promotion after 1 month.

We do not wish to promote anyone who hasn't stayed in the guild for long (not stable yet)
and we do not wish to make any unnecessary promotions when we know he/she will disappear again someday.

Fourth Event: Guild Party Quest

There is a possibility that GPQ might take place BEFORE or AFTER guild photo
More than 6 members interested to GPQ,
GPQ will proceed

so it is really impossible to fix a RIGHT time to get everyone on
Cooperation and Sacrifice are needed

For people who are still under parental control,
we truly understand your difficulty
