Re-clarification of the Loss of a Jr Master

I'm here to clarify an entry I wrote before about ili's case
what I simply meant in that entry
is addressing to everyone
not a personal attack to her

there has been times where people asked to be a Jr Master
I always wonder why people want to be Jr Master
This isn't a position to make you feel GOOD or POWERFUL
it's more than that
it's about your capabilities to lead the entire guild

ili lost her post as a Jr Master because she left the guild
it was due to a failure in communication, understandingness, tolerance and patience between us
I will not put all blames on her because I have my part to play
I have failed to maintain my composure as a guild master at that time as well
so personally I understand why ili left at that time
but in terms of guild rules,
she should have informed us before she leave like..
"sorry i cannot stand ade, i'll quit the guild now"

If I was given the opportunity to leave guild at that time,
would I have done it?
I have my responsibilities not to abandon my guildmates for a bad incident
don't I?

Now,
I am going to address the issue about what it takes to be a Jr Master
it is not as simple as you think

Being a Jr Master,
they should know their responsibilies and priorities
if they fail to understand,
they lose the position
No matter what,
personal issues and guild issues should not be mixed together
Rational decision should be made to cease the fire during that heated argument
and not making impulsive and irrational decision
If rational decision cannot be made at that moment,
then take some time off,
log out,
and think about what u should do to confront the issue
Quitting the guild was unnecessary
if you are really unhappy with the way I lead the guild,
let me know,
and you may go..

Being a Jr Master,
you have to set as a good example to your juniors, seniors and directors to learn
because one day,
they will be promoted and help manage the guild
As a Jr Master,
you should not abuse your authority by expelling anyone as and when you like it
or use your status to empower yourself on ur guildmates
there's just one whole list to explain my expectations for a Jr Master

but
I am also aware that everyone is different
and everyone leads differently
I cannot expect all Jr Masters to lead the guild as I do
I have no rights to reprimand the way they lead as well
becase this is them
this is how they are like
If I approve them to be Jr Masters,
I have to learn to accept the way they are when they lead

Back to the issue about ili being a Jr Master
I have personally known ili for more than a year
no doubt she is a very nice person
and she always try her best to meet my expectations
I do realize that my expectations can be extremely high
and I have failed to give her enough praises for the hard work she has put in
even before she entered guild,
I have spoken to her about the problems in the guild and asked her for opinions
after she entered the guild,
she helps me behind my back too
but I have never given her enough credits
I know how much it hurts
when you have tried so hard to do ur best..
there wasn't any "good job!" "u did really well today!"

I do not give praises as often
but when I do,
I really mean it a lot with my heart
If I say to you "good job!" every single day,
the praises will be meaningless
that's what I think
others may not agree but this is what I think

Maybe I am a heartless Guild Master
I push people to their graves just to meet my expectations
and perhaps I, myself, do not live up to the expectations of being a Guild Master
Could I just run away?

Sometimes I wish I could,
because it is so stressful to deal with people's comments, guild problems, events, website, forum.. or even rumors..
talking about Praises
Who has ever praised me for putting in one year+ of hard work in maintaining this guild?
A couple of you might have..
but how often do I get praised?
or maybe I am too heartless to deserve any praises

but you know
I am fine with no praises given
because I know what I am good at and what I am bad at
I never like to talk about how I feel or what I think
but when people talk to me about their feelings
I listen
and think about it quietly

Ili DOES deserve to be a Jr Master
but she broke the guild rule regardless of what happened
she has to pay the consequences
as I said,
I failed to maintain my composure as a Guild Master at that time too

Cyn rejects the idea of returning the Jr Master post to her
I do agree with her
but I am having second thoughts now
I feel that it will be cruel of me to remove her post entirely because of something that was my fault too
Jr Master post will not be returned to her
but I can agree to give her a Seniorship

I would really appreciate..
if everyone could vote in the forum under "Guild Issue"
post your comments there and cast ur votes
I want no biases in the votes or comments
I do not want any votes or comments to be given because she is ur friend
it has to be done according to her capability as a Jr Master and her performance as a guildmate

like I always say,
this is not only my guild
this is everyone's guild
ur comments will not be ignored
