A few issues to address about the wedding event

As people have felt disappointed upon not receiving an invitation
I am disappointed to see their reaction too
this message is directed to those who were not invited
and those who knew about the wedding at the very last minute


first priority went to the guildmates who were asked to help out
the wedding was only announced 1 day before the actual one
except for Jo and Ada
because I needed their help to organize this


Everyone did not receive the wedding invitations until 5 minutes before the actual one
Anyone who had came on at that moment would have been invited


one of the guildmates came on last minute and was surprised to hear the announcement
however,
she claimed that she was being left out
and she didn't feel like she belonged in the guild
because of last minute wedding invitation
I had expected a better understanding and reaction to this matter since she is an adult
no longer a kid
even Daniel took it lightly and understood why he wasn't invited
and he's only age 13
despite feeling left out too,
he never made rash decision to quit the guild


Regarding the Nexon pic,
here's my message to you:

I haven't caught you on lately
since I don't get a chance to speak to you
I will do so here.

I had expected better performance from you since you've earned the directorship position yourself
I chose you to be the bestman because I felt you were up to it
As Kean had spoken for you
I know what you did was not intentional
However,
it doesn't deny the fact that the efforts of organizing and cooperating from us all
had gone down to the drain for just 1 action of yours

There were many acts from you that were very disappointing
like always telling me to hurry even on the wedding day itself
I am aware that it was late at your side and I have told you to leave if you had to
but you wanted to stay for this and so I told you to be patient
and your comments to me were
"this is so boring"
because we were still waiting for other guildmates to turn up

Despite many disappointing actions from you,
I am still giving you another chance to make amendments of what you did
If I didn't care about you,
seriously,
I wouldn't even think of giving you another chance
I would just give up on you

The choice is yours now
You can either face up to it and make the amendments
or just ignore this and tell me straight that you do not think you are at any fault
